Shipping & Delivery Information
All of our shipping is tracked. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM CST. This excludes weekends and US Holidays.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 in the U.S.
Please note all U.S. orders are subjected to applicable state tax. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to your order total.

We track every order. We'll send you the tracking number of your order so that you can watch the moment your REFY product is shipped to the moment it's in your hands!

When you make an order on us.refybeauty.com, we will send you a confirmation email.
Our team will then process the order within 48 hours, we then hand it over to our nominated carriers. You will then receive a tracking number so you can see where your product is at any given time.
