Shipping & Delivery Information
All US orders are shipped from within the US and orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM CST. This excludes weekends and US Holidays. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please note that adverse weather conditions across the US have resulted in the temporary closure of our US warehouse. Shipping will resume once conditions improve and the warehouse reopens. During this time, orders will not be shipped. These delays are outside of REFY’s control, and by proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that this may impact delivery times.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 in the U.S. Please note, express delivery will only appear at checkout if this is available at the time of your purchase.
All U.S. orders are subjected to applicable state tax. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to your order total.

Our team will then process the order within 48 hours, we then hand it over to our nominated carriers. You will then receive a tracking number so you can see where your product is at any given time.
