Shipping & Delivery Information
All US orders are shipped from within the US and orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM CST. This excludes weekends and US Holidays. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 in the U.S. Please note, express delivery will only appear at checkout if this is available at the time of your purchase.
All U.S. orders are subjected to applicable state tax. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to your order total.

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number is emailed to you. You can then follow the tracking link to keep an eye on your parcel’s journey directly on the courier’s website.

As soon as your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Our team will then process your order within 1-2 working days, depending on the delivery method selected at checkout. Once processed, your order is then dispatched from our warehouse and handed over to our nominated carriers. You will be kept updated via email every step of the way.
